Statistics Support Staging

Staging is the only service done in preparation of the house for sale that brings MEASURABLE VALUE.
Read the NAR Profile of Home Staging.
In fact there is a measurable rate of return on Staging.

According to the National Association of Realtors®, NAR®, 81% of buyers are impacted by Staging and over 50% of them will pay MORE for a property that is Staged.
FACTS: 5%-20% of the following house prices:

  • $250,000 house = $12,500-$50,000
  • $500,000 house = $25,000-$100,000
  • $750,000 house = $37,500-$150,000
  • $1,000,000 house = $50,000-$200,000

That is a LOT of potential money in the sale of a house.
In most cases your house is listed for LESS than it could be if it were Staged.

Sensational Home Staging staged properties get offers on average 16 days after Staging, with some selling immediately with multiple offers. 95% of our Staged properties sell 2-3 times faster than the marketed un-staged competition.
