I am the Chairwoman of IAHSP®, President & CEO of Stagedhomes.com and the owner of Sensational Home Staging serving the Denver area.  I also own We Stage Colorado, a full-service furniture resource and supply for home staging projects.  I love helping people and educating others on how home staging can help them achieve their goals.

 

Since 2005, I have presented the Accredited Staging Professional® (ASP®) and ASP Master® (ASPM®) Courses throughout North America and via Webinar, teaching thousands of Realtors and Stagers worldwide, helping them in their journey to success. I have mentored, coached, and encouraged thousands of industry colleagues to be an impact player in our industry.

 

Trained personally by Barb Schwarz, I have been included in Staging features on ABC’s 20/20, NBC’s Today Show and HGTV television and online segments, national and local publications, and radio.  I am the only 2-Time Winner of the Staging Award of Excellence and the IAHSP Spirit Award, voted on by peers in the Home Staging industry.  In addition, I and our team have been recognized for our work, receiving multiple awards for staging quality for all types of properties. 

 

I have helped mentor Home Stager colleagues as a Business Coach and Trainer.  As IAHSP® Chairwoman, I have been instrumental on the expansion of IAHSP globally, adding sister chapters in Europe, Israel, Russia, Latin America, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, with more in the future.  One of my other passions is writing, and I am a prolific blogger, author, and social media networking expert.  In 2012, I wrote the book,“Marketing Made Simple," to help provide guidance for industry professionals who struggle with how to gain business.  Since 2002, I have Staged over 5,500 properties putting her in the top 5% of all Home Stagers in the industry worldwide.

 

I believe education in any profession is crucial for success and the home staging industry is no different.  To date, I have earned my Accreditation and Master Accreditation as a Staging Professional, ASP-SRS (Senior Relocation Specialist), ASP-REO (Real Estate Owned), ASP-BTS (Buyer Trends Specialist), IAHSP-CB (Color Basics), IAHSP-LHS (Luxury Home Specialist), IAHSP-ISC (Investor Staging Consultant), STRS (Short Term Rental Specialist) Designations.

 

Jennie received a BA Degree in Psychology with a Biology emphasis from UCLA and has been professionally Staging since 2002.  She lives in Littleton, CO with her husband of 34 years, John, and their four children, ages 21-26.

Owner of Sensational Home Staging serving the greater Denver region.  Provide Staging services for occupied and vacant houses, working with Realtors, Sellers, Builders and Investors.  Coordinate and manage all aspects of business operations including accounting, project management, creative direction, and supervision of independent contract workers.  Provide key marketing support for all clients including social media and marketing exposure for Staged properties.
