We have Staged over 6,700 homes since 2002. It is impossible to show them all. Our portfolio shows examples of our work so you can see what we do. The price of the property and the Staging budget are two factors that impact the final outcome as far as volume of items installed and type of furnishings used. We use base neutral pieces for furniture and add artwork and decor for color. We have yet to meet a house we could not make look better with our Staging expertise. Thank you for taking the time to learn about us. I am Jennie, and I am the owner of Sensational Home Staging and We Stage Colorado. I have been Staging professionally since 2002 and I LOVE this business! I am one of only a few hundred professional Home Stagers to hold multiple industry designations as well as being a Master Home Stager. I serve our industry as the Chairwoman of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals® (IAHSP®) with over 4,000 members worldwide. I am a Certified Home Staging Course Trainer and have taught all over North America and in Europe. I love what I do - and I love our clients.

What I learned early on was Staging is not about making houses look pretty. It is about helping Sellers along their moving journey to their next home and getting them the most in the sale. It is about helping to make houses more marketable for the Realtor who has the privilege of listing the house for sale. And it is about helping to create a vision for the Buyer who wants to make the Staged house their home. Helping People is what is at the core of what I do.

Lauren Norris, ASP®, IAHSP®
Lead Senior Staging Specialist
Lauren is Jennie's daughter, and the Lead Stager responsible for Logistics for the SHS-WSS Team. Lauren has been staging since 2016 and enjoys bringing properties to life. She has a degree in Communications and Social Media, and provides Photography Services to our clients who want us to coordinate this service for them. She is a 2nd Generation Pro-Stager - and a new Mom.
Eleanor Weiss, ASP®, IAHSP®
Lead Staging Specialist
Eleanor has been with the Sensational Home Staging team for 5 years. She started out as an assistant and has learned the processes for what we do to stage our client properties, and proven herself to be a great asset to the team. Eleanor is Jennie's niece, and she is also a talented artist.

Staging Assistant
Carlo has been with our company off and on for 5 years. We are happy to have his creative eye and helpful demeanor. He has worked as part of our moving team, started his own cleaning company, and shifted into the creative Staging side in 2023.
Stacy Fabian, ASP®, IAHSP®
Senior Staging Specialist
Stacy has been part of the Sensational Home Staging Team for a decade and specializes in our client Consultations for Selling or Design. Stacy has a kind demeanor and gentle approach with clients, young to old, and expertly advises them on what they need to do room by room to get ready for sale.
Our Team includes Lead Stagers, Staging Specialists, Staging Assistants, and Stage Crew.
Each team member has specific things they do to ensure our process runs smoothly and we deliver a great staging experience for our clients.

Lead Stagers plan the design of the properties and direct the selection of items to be used in each property. They handle the scheduling and work closely with the Stage Crew team who move our items in and out of our warehouse into properties being Staged.
​
Staging Assistants keep things organized and ensure the right items make it to the Staging. On site, they are there to help the Moving Team get all the furniture and decor into properties, and assist with the Staging as needed.
​
Our Stage Crew - is our moving and organizing team - the muscle that allows us to get properties Staged in record time, handling large volume of installation and removals weekly. We understand the need for careful moving techniques to protect our client's properties and our belongings. Our Stage Crew also assembles new items purchased for upcoming projects, and keeps our 16,000 sq ft warehouse organizes - well as organized as it can be with items going in and out daily.

We could not accomplish all we do without our team operating together efficiently and enjoying the work we do to make houses more marketable for the target buyer.

What we do is NOT EASY - and the shows on TV do not show the work that goes into the planning and installation of a staging project. To be able to stage 2-3 properties per day plus pick up 1-3 properties on top of the staging installs requires a very efficient process, and that is what we do every day for our clients.
OUR MOVING FLEET
Our company includes a 26 foot moving truck that allows us to pack up to 3 properties inside. Our team knows how to pack efficiently!
To help protect our decor, lamps and soft goods, we invested in an AWD cargo van in 2022, and this allows us to transport all decor needed in one vehicle versus personal cars, and since the van is AWD, if our truck cannot make it up an icy or snowy road, we have the option of offloading into the van.
OUR WAREHOUSE
We operate out of a 16,000 square foot warehouse centrally located in the Denver area - and we serve the entire front range region and foothills. We will go wherever you need us - add fees for gas/time may apply, but it would be rare for us to say NO to a delivery.
